Where is my tracking email?

It comes from Karma Interiors & Living to the email address you used at checkout. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

My tracking is not moving

Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is on its way to the US. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

More than one parcel

If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number.
