Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. At busy times, such as the holidays, allow a few extra days.

Where does my order ship from?

Our products are made by specialist suppliers overseas and ship directly from their warehouse to your door. That is how we keep prices fair.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. See Track Your Order.

I ordered several items. Why did only one arrive?

Items in one order can ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking.

What are your beads made of?

Each product page says what the beads are, such as wood, lava stone, tiger eye or glass. When a bead only looks like a stone, the name says so, for example "turquoise-look". If you have a question about a material, email us before you order.

How do I use a scent locket?

Twist the locket open, add a drop of your own fragrance oil or perfume to the felt pad inside, and close it. Each locket comes with one felt pad (the color varies). Oil is not included.

Can I return something?

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement. We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so please check the size, color and details before you order. See our returns policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.
